Programs
IT Program
Identity, devices, SaaS, networks, cloud operations, and the workflows that keep daily IT work owned.
When to start
Bring the immediate trigger.
The first work plan starts with the deadline, system gap, or operating problem in front of your team.
- 01
Identity, device, SaaS, or onboarding work has no current owner.
- 02
A security review has found unmanaged endpoints, weak MFA coverage, or incomplete offboarding records.
- 03
A network, remote-access, or cloud change needs a current access and operating plan.
Scope
What the program can cover.
The proposal identifies the systems and work items selected for the first phase.
- Identity-provider accounts, groups, SSO, MFA, and privileged access
- Managed devices, endpoint configuration, inventory, and lifecycle coverage
- SaaS administration, access reviews, onboarding, offboarding, and change workflows
- Office, remote-access, and cloud connectivity with documented paths and rules
- Cloud operating ownership, backup checks, and runbooks for the agreed systems
Deliverables
What the client receives.
Each engagement produces artifacts the client can use after the initial work is complete.
- Systems, access, device, and ownership inventory
- Prioritized IT work plan with owners, dependencies, and target dates
- Documented lifecycle and access-change workflows
- Runbooks and a recurring review cadence for the agreed systems
Working model
What we need from your team.
The client keeps approval for the business decisions that affect people, production systems, and risk acceptance.
Client participation
- Name a decision-maker for access, device, vendor, and network changes.
- Provide access to the approved systems in scope.
- Review changes that affect employees, production systems, or vendor contracts.
Scope boundaries
- The proposal identifies the systems, locations, and workflows included in the engagement.
- Vendor licenses, hardware purchases, and third-party implementation costs are identified separately.
- Response expectations and the operating cadence are agreed before recurring work begins.

The three programs can run independently or as one coordinated work plan.

Bring the trigger, systems, and deadline. The proposal will identify the first work plan, responsibilities, and fee.
