IT Support Engineer Intern

As an IT Support Engineer Intern, you will help keep client environments stable, secure, and responsive. You will work with modern endpoint management, account lifecycle operations, and daily support workflows while learning how operational security is delivered in real teams.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day IT requests across endpoint, access, and tooling issues.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks for accounts and devices.
- Help maintain endpoint hygiene in Google Workspace, MDM, and identity systems.
- Document recurring issues and improve internal runbooks with the team.
- Escalate security-relevant findings quickly with clear notes and context.
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and follow-through with users and teammates.
- Basic familiarity with common SaaS admin tools and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Interest in cybersecurity and operational risk reduction.
- Comfort learning quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for execution quality.
