IT Support Engineer Intern

Help keep client environments stable, secure, and responsive. You will work with endpoint management, account lifecycle operations, and daily support workflows while learning how operational cybersecurity is delivered in real teams.
The role is hands-on. You will support real production environments, document the work, and escalate cybersecurity-relevant findings with clear context.

You will learn by carrying real operational work with experienced cybersecurity and IT operators.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day IT requests across endpoint, access, and tooling issues.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks for accounts and devices.
- Help maintain endpoint hygiene in Google Workspace, MDM, and identity systems.
- Document recurring issues and improve internal runbooks with the team.
- Escalate cybersecurity-relevant findings quickly with clear notes and context.
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and follow-through with users and teammates.
- Basic familiarity with common SaaS admin tools and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Interest in cybersecurity and operational risk reduction.
- Comfort learning quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for execution quality.
